Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Attracts Global Investment
Seven global companies will invest over Rwf53 billion in Rwanda's Gabiro Agribusiness Hub, covering 15,600 hectares in the Eastern Province. The project aims to boost food security, reduce trade imbalances, and create jobs through advanced water infrastructure, cutting-edge irrigation, and agro-processing.These investments are expected to enhance productivity and introduce modern farming practices, with over 6,000 jobs to be generated.
